I’m Back Bitches Edition

I did it.

I figured out how to relieve my back/leg/everything problems.

And this was one of my best runs in a while.

Thanks Google.

After researching all of my symptoms I concluded that I was either dying of spinal cancer or I had
moderate sciatica.

So I looked up ways to relieve the pain and came up with hundreds of thousands of websites all about the same stretch.

The piriformis stretch.

I started doing this before a run, after a run, and before I go to bed at night and the pain is gone.

Now I can appreciate my runs like I used to instead of being completely consumed with pain and irritation.
