Iron Pumping Edition!

That’s right. Spring has sprung.

And I am springing into action.

I know that this isn’t technically a run, but strength training is extremely important for strong runners.

I am into squats I can do while sort of lying down.

And STRETCHING! Stretching is so incredibly important.

Not to mention working on your core!

You use every part of your body during your run. The stronger you are, the better you perform.

But, you can say that about life.
